Open Access Policy
Open and free access
The journal is committed to offering open and free access to its readers, thus promoting the free flow of knowledge and the unrestricted availability of information contained in research.
BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative) definition of open access:
“Open access” to peer-reviewed scientific literature means free availability on the Internet, allowing any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or reference the full texts of these articles, retrieve them for indexing, input them as data into software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal or technical barriers other than those inseparable from access to the Internet itself. The only restrictions on reproduction or distribution and the only role for copyright in this domain are to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited.
Archiving
This journal uses the PKP PN service to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries, ensuring the creation of permanent archives of the journal for preservation and restoration purposes.
